CGI ACQUIRES CALLIBRITY, STRENGTHENING PRESENCE IN CINCINNATI AND EXPANDING PRODUCTION-READY AI AND PLATFORM ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

CGI Inc. has acquired Callibrity, strengthening CGI's presence in Cincinnati and expanding the company's capabilities in production-ready enterprise AI (artificial intelligence), platform engineering and digital product development. The transaction closed on Sept. 8, 2026.

Founded in 2007, Callibrity is an end-to-end technology consulting firm that brings together developers, strategists and engineers to help clients solve complex technology challenges. The firm works across commercial industries, with deep experience in financial services, insurance and manufacturing.

Callibrity brings 120 consultants to CGI and strengthens its presence in the Cincinnati metro market.
