G6 MATERIALS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

G6 Materials Corp. has appointed Kevin Cornish, chief financial officer and interim chief executive officer of the company, as a member of G6's board of directors. The company also announces the resignation of Elena Polyakova as a member of the company's board, effective immediately. Dr. Polyakova's resignation from the board coincides with her departure as chief operating officer of the company today.

"The independent members of G6's board would like to thank Dr. Polyakova for her contributions to the company since inception. We wish her well in her future endeavours," said Gary Dyal, chairman of the company.
