G6 Materials Corp.'s Daniel Stolyarov has resigned as an independent member of the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Dr. Stolyarov's resignation from the Board follows his departure as President, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company previously announced on October 26, 2023.
