G6 MATERIALS APPOINTS KEVIN CORNISH AS PRESIDENT AND INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The independent members of G6 Materials Corp.'s board of directors have appointed Kevin Cornish, MBA, CPA, CPHR, as president and interim chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Cornish's appointment is in addition to his current role as the company's chief financial officer.

The appointment follows the departure of Daniel Stolyarov as president, chief technology officer and co-chief executive officer of the company. The company's other co-CEO, Elena Polyakova, has agreed to become its chief operating officer, effective immediately. Ms. Polyakova's new role includes the hand-off of all operations-related duties from Mr. Cornish, as well as the most appropriate scientific, technological, corporate and other areas of responsibility previously assigned to Dr. Stolyarov.

We also appreciate Kevin and Elena for increasing their areas of responsibility to facilitate the transition. The board will monitor Kevin's performance as president, interim CEO and CFO over the near term, and will be prepared to conduct a search for a full-time CEO if and as appropriate," said Gary Dyal, chairman of the company.
