GOGOLD ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL MEETING

At the annual and meeting of shareholders of GoGold Resources Inc., held on March 26, 2026, the shareholders re-elected John Turner, Bradley Langille, Phillip Gaunce, Jorge Aguirre, Terrence Cooper, Douglas Reid and Karen Flores as directors of the company for the forthcoming year. Each director was elected by a majority of the votes and the attached table presents the votes in respect of the election of each director.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, chartered professional accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until its successor is duly appointed, at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
