GOGOLD ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF C$86 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING

GoGold Resources Inc. has closed its previously announced bought deal offering of 47,391,500 common shares at a price of $1.82 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $86,252,530, including proceeds from the full exercise of the overallotment option to purchase an additional 6,181,500 common shares.

BMO Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. were the joint bookrunners for the offering, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for the development of the company's Los Ricos South project, for exploration activities at both Los Ricos South and Los Ricos North, and for general corporate purposes.

The common shares were offered by way of a short form prospectus in all provinces of Canada, other than Quebec.
