The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that GoGold Resources Inc. will list an additional 41.21 million common shares at the open on April 4, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $1.82 per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated April 1, 2025.
