The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that GoGold Resources Inc. will list an additional 28.9 million common shares at the open on Feb. 8, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $2.25 per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated Feb. 3, 2023.
