BGL ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF FIELDING ENVIRONMENTAL TO GFL ENVIRONMENTAL INC.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company will sell Fielding Environmental, a fully integrated environmental solution provider, to GFL Environmental Inc. BGL's environmental infrastructure and services investment banking team served as the exclusive financial adviser to Fielding in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
