The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Generation Mining Ltd. will list additional shares on the exchange at the open on Nov. 21, 2023. As stated in its short form prospectus dated Nov. 16, 2023, the company is issuing 42,858,000 units at 28 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one share and one-fifth of one warrant, and 9,678,000 flow-through (FT) units at 32 cents per FT unit, with each FT unit consisting of one share and one-fifth of one warrant.

According to the TSX, the units and the FT units will separate immediately upon the closing of the public offering. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at 50 cents per share for 36 months following the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
