CHANGE OF NAME

Green Battery Minerals Inc.'s board of directors have approved a change of the company's name to First Canadian Graphite Inc. The change of name is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. This change of name will be done without any share consolidation. A change in trading symbol will also occur. Shareholders will be informed once approved and will be advised of the new Cusip number when issued.
