March 24, 2025 VANCOUVER, BC - Green Battery Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX-V: GEM, FSE:
BK2P, WKN: A2QENP OTC: GBMIF) regrettably announces the resignation of Ian Graham as a director of the
Company. Mr. Graham has been a director of the Company since 2017 and has been a key figure in the Company's
progress over his tenure. The Company would like to thank Mr. Graham for his contribution to the Company and
wish him well in his future endeavors.
