PRIVATE PLACEMENT - AMENDED

Further to its press release dated Aug. 28, 2023, Green Battery Minerals Inc. advises that the cash raised has been increased from $144,500 to $147,000. The company, subject to regulatory approval, will issue 2.94 million units at a price of five cents, with each unit consisting of one common share and one warrant exercisable at 10 cents for three years, subject to the right to be accelerated by the company in the event that its shares trade at or above 25 cents for a period of 10 consecutive days. In such case of accelerated warrants, the company may give notice, in writing or by way of news release, to the holders that the warrants will expire 30 days from the date of providing such notice.

All other matters as disclosed on Aug. 28, 2023, remain the same.
