The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of 1,622.3 hectares of mineral claims in Northern Quebec, pursuant to a mineral property acquisition agreement between two arm's-length vendors and the company.

Consideration:  613,000 warrants (306,500 warrants issuable to each of the vendors)

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of nine cents for period of three years from the date of issuance.
