Pursuant to a director's resolution dated Aug. 6, 2025, and in conjunction with the closing of the transaction, Granite Creek has requested that its common shares be delisted. Accordingly, effective at the close of business, Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, the common shares of Granite Creek will be delisted from the exchange.
