Warrant exercise price:  seven cents for a two-year period

Total existing insider involvement:  2,125,000 (three insiders)

Finder's fee:  1,018,500

Finder's warrant terms:  Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of seven cents for a two-year period.

The company issued a news release on March 22, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
