The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of two contiguous mineral claims located in the Omineca mining division of British Columbia, collectively known as the Lucky Ship property, pursuant to a mineral property option agreement dated March 22, 2023, between the company and arm's-length optionors.
