ICSID ANNULMENT UPDATE

The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has notified the parties, including Gabriel Resources Ltd., that the hearing scheduled for Jan. 22, 2026, and Jan. 23, 2026, will be postponed to a later date due to the unavailability of one member of the ad hoc committee.

The committee has expressed its regret for any inconvenience caused by this unforeseen circumstance. Gabriel will provide a further update once the revised hearing dates have been confirmed.
