Vince Sorace has resigned as a director of Gold Bull Resources Corp. to focus on other projects, effective Oct. 6, 2023, and the board has accepted his resignation. The company would like to thank Mr. Sorace for his valuable contributions and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
