The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 20,742,857 common share purchase warrants at an exercise price of $1 per common share to an arm's-length party in consideration of the initial loan advance of $40-million. The bonus warrants will be exercisable until Dec. 29, 2028.
