GALANTAS GOLD FILES AN UPDATED NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE OMAGH GOLD PROJECT IN NORTHERN IRELAND

Galantas Gold Corp., further to its news release dated July 18, 2023, has filed on SEDAR+ a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for an updated mineral resource estimate for the Omagh gold project in Northern Ireland. The NI 43-101 technical report includes the main Kearney and Joshua vein systems, which have been updated on the basis of 42 additional drill holes and a complete review of the previous vein wireframe interpretations.

The NI 43-101 technical report with an effective date of June 22, 2023, titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Mineral Resources Estimate on the Omagh Gold Project, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland," has been filed on the SEDAR+ website and on the Galantas website.

The NI 43-101 technical report was prepared by Micon International Co. Ltd., and reviewed throughout the process and approved by Liz de Klerk, managing director of Micon, and a deemed qualified person under NI 43-101.
