AUGUSTA GOLD ANNOUNCES LOAN EXTENSION

Augusta Gold Corp. has extended the maturity date of its loan with Augusta Investments Inc. to Nov. 30, 2025, and borrowed an additional $500,000 (U.S.) from the lender under the terms of the loan.
