The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Augusta Gold Corp. will list additional shares on the TSX. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 11, 2023, to the company's base prospectus dated Aug. 18, 2022, Augusta Gold is issuing 5,847,954 units at $1.71 per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at $2.30 per share for 36 months from the date of issuance. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
