F3 GRANTS OPTIONS

F3 Uranium Corp. has granted 10 million incentive stock options to purchase common shares of the company to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees of the company pursuant to the company's long-term incentive plan (the LTIP). Each option is exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of 45 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options shall vest as to one-third on the date of grant and one-sixth every six months thereafter. All the options expire on Jan. 12, 2029.
