The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length disposition of a 70-per-cent interest in the Clearwater West property, located in the Athabasca basin in Saskatchewan.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, SKRR Exploration Inc. will issue five million common shares to the company, incur $6-million in exploration expenditures and pay $100,000 cash over a three-year period in order to complete the acquisition of a 70-per-cent interest in the Clearwater West project. The company will retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, with the purchaser having the right to purchase a 1-per-cent royalty at any time for $1-million. The Clearwater West project consists of three claims (11,786 hectares) located in Saskatchewan.
