FURY ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Fury Gold Mines Ltd. has released the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2023. The director nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated May 18, 2023, in connection with the meeting and as filed on SEDAR were elected as directors of the company to serve until the next annual general meeting, or until their successors are otherwise elected or appointed.

A total of 48,123,149 of the company's common shares were present or represented by proxy at the meeting, representing 32.97 per cent of the outstanding common shares.

Election of directors

By resolution passed, each of the nominees for election as directors listed in the circular was elected as a director of the company. The results of the vote on the election of the board of directors are provided in an attached table.

Appointment of auditor

By resolution, Deloitte LLP was appointed as the company's auditor. The results of the vote on the appointment of the auditor are provided in an attached table.

Adoption of long-term incentive plan

By resolution, the company's proposed long-term incentive plan was approved. The results of the vote on the approval of the long-term incentive plan are provided in an attached table.

Voting results have been reported and published on SEDAR.
