FORTIS INC. TO HOLD TELECONFERENCE ON MAY 1 TO DISCUSS FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS AND HOLD ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING ON MAY 2

Fortis Inc. will release its first quarter 2024 financial results on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. A teleconference and webcast will be held the same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. David Hutchens, president and chief executive officer, and Jocelyn Perry, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will discuss the corporation's first quarter financial results.
