FIERA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 PRELIMINARY ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT AND Q3 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS DATE

Fiera Capital Corp. has estimated assets under management (AUM) (1) of approximately $151.4-billion as at Sept. 30, 2026, compared with $163.5-billion as at June 30, 2026.

Total AUM declined $12.1-billion from the end of the prior quarter. Rising interest rates in the third quarter were the primary driver of $3.8-billion of negative market impact, primarily affecting low-fee AUM. Net outflows totalled $8.3-billion, including $5.2-billion of outflows from subadvised AUM.

Q3 (third quarter) 2026 results

The company will issue its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026.

A conference call to review the results will be held on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. ET. Financial analysts will be invited to ask questions. Media representatives and other interested individuals are invited to participate on a listen-only basis.
