FIERA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES JUNE 30, 2026 PRELIMINARY ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT AND Q2 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS DATE

Fiera Capital Corp. has released its preliminary estimate of assets under management (AUM) of approximately $163.5-billion as at June 30, 2026, compared with $160.2-billion as at March 31, 2026.

Total AUM rose 2.1 per cent from the end of the previous quarter and 1.9 per cent year over year. Average AUM decreased slightly by 0.6 per cent sequentially, but increased 2.1 per cent compared with the second quarter of 2025.

Public markets AUM, excluding subadvised mandates, increased 4.3 per cent during the quarter, benefiting from positive market performance, partly offset by approximately $2.2-billion of negative net contributions due to client rebalancing. Subadvised AUM experienced net outflows of approximately $5.3-billion, largely attributable to a client outflow which had been previously announced, as well as additional client rebalancing.

Private markets AUM increased 0.5 per cent in the quarter, driven by positive net sales and favourable foreign exchange impacts. Year over year, private markets AUM increased 6.7 per cent, underscoring continued net organic growth as well as positive market performance.
