The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fiera Capital Corp.'s 8.25 per cent senior subordinated unsecured debentures will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on Dec. 31, 2025.

According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on Dec. 31, 2025, for $1,041.25 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures, representing $1,000 principal amount and $41.25 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date. As the debentures are held through the book-entry-only system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued, holders of the debentures need not take any action with respect to the redemption.

The TSX notes that the debentures are not convertible into Class A subordinate voting shares of the company at the option of the holders at any time. Trades on Dec. 30, 2025, will settle on the same day.
