FIERA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 PRELIMINARY ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT AND Q3 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS DATE

Fiera Capital Corp.'s preliminary estimate of assets under management (AUM) of approximately $166.9-billion as at Sept. 30, 2025, compares with $160.5-billion as at June 30, 2025.

Total AUM increased 4.0 per cent in the quarter, reflecting positive net flows in both the public markets and private markets platforms, along with positive market growth and favourable foreign exchange impact from U.S. dollar appreciation.

Public markets total AUM increased 3.8 per cent in the quarter, driven by market appreciation, favourable foreign exchange impact and positive net flows of approximately $50-million. Public markets AUM, excluding subadvised AUM, increased 3.7 per cent and experienced strong net inflows of approximately $800-million, primarily into equity mandates.

Private markets AUM increased 5.4 per cent in the quarter. Growth was primarily due to a previously announced initial investment of more than $800-million, divided equally between infrastructure and real estate investments, into the newly launched Canadian built opportunities platform.
