The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Feb. 9, edition that Desjardins Securities analyst Gary Ho has reiterated his "hold" recommendation for Fiera Capital. The Globe's David Leeder writes that Mr. Ho gave his share target a 25-cent boost $6.50. Analysts on average target the shares at $6.57. Mr. Ho says in a note: "Given the high payout ratio and limited visibility on the trajectory of PineStone net flows, we maintain our 'hold' rating. While we like Fiera Capital's growing private alt platform (an attractive risk/return profile with steady cash flow) and compelling 12-per-cent dividend yield, we view the shares as fairly valued." The Globe reported on July 23, 2022, that Mr. Ho had downgraded Fiera Capital to "hold" from "buy." The shares could then be had for $9.12. The Globe reported on Oct. 19, 2023, that TD Securities analyst Graham Ryding rated Fiera Capital "hold." It was then worth $5.80. The Globe reported on Oct. 27, 2023, that BMO Capital analyst Etienne Ricard had reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Fiera. The shares were then going for $4.55. The Globe reported on Feb. 6, 2024, that National Bank Financial analyst Jaeme Gloyn kept Fiera at "sector perform." It was then worth $7.31.
