FIERA CAPITAL APPOINTS ERIC ROBERTS AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, FIERA USA

Fiera Capital Corp. has appointed Eric Roberts as executive director and chief executive officer, Fiera USA, effective Nov. 13, 2023. Mr. Roberts will be based in Boston and will have a regular presence in the company's New York and Dayton offices. This new role aims to allow Fiera Capital to expand and strengthen its presence in the United States as the company continues to implement its new regionalized distribution model with a focus on building local capabilities. Mr. Roberts will directly lead the marketing and distribution teams across the United States and provide executive leadership for all employees in the region.

In May, the company appointed Klaus Schuster to the role of executive director and CEO, Fiera EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Rob Petty, who has been with Fiera for over five years, was also appointed to the role of executive director and CEO, Fiera Asia. The company's search for a new executive director and CEO, Fiera Canada, is well under way.

His knowledge of the industry and more specifically, the U.S. market, will be an important advantage in expanding and strengthening our position in the United States and drive organic growth in this key market," said Jean-Guy Desjardins, chairman of the board and global chief executive officer.

Mr. Roberts brings over 25 years of experience in the asset management industry and more specifically in institutional distribution. Over the course of his accomplished career, he has successfully built and led public and private markets distribution and sales teams. He has developed a strong network of clients as well as deep relationships with consultants. In his most recent role, Mr. Roberts acted as head of institutional in the United States at a publicly listed, global asset manager in the United Kingdom. He holds a master of business administration from Suffolk University in Boston and a bachelor of arts from Hamilton College in Clinton.
