The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fiera Capital LP has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 468,766 Class A subordinate voting shares of Fiera Capital Corp. According to the TSX, the limited partnership currently holds 19,412,401 Class B special voting shares and 2,116,258 Class A shares of the company. It may begin selling the Class A shares on Oct. 2, 2023.
