The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fiera Capital Corp.'s 5.60 per cent senior subordinated unsecured debentures due July 31, 2024 (symbol FSZ.DB.A), will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on July 31, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on July 31, 2023, for $1,028 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures, representing $1,000 principal amount and $28 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The TSX notes that the debentures are held through the book-entry-only system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued. As a result, holders of the debentures need not take any action with respect to the redemption. Trades in the debentures on July 27, 2023, and July 28, 2023, will settle on July 28, 2023.
