The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fiera Capital Corp.'s 8.25 per cent senior subordinated unsecured debentures will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on June 28, 2023, for trading at the open on June 29, 2023. According to the TSX, the debentures will trade under the symbol FSZ.DB.B, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 31660A AC 7.

As stated in its short form prospectus dated June 21, 2023, the company is issuing $65-million of debentures, in the minimum principal amount of $1,000 each, in a public offering that is expected to close before the open on June 29, 2023. The TSX reports that the debentures will mature on Dec. 31, 2026, and pay interest semi-annually in arrears on June 30 and Dec. 31 of each year at 8.25 per cent per year.

According to the TSX, assuming the offering closes on June 29, 2023, the initial interest payment of $41.71 per $1,000 principal amount will be made on Dec. 31, 2023. The TSX notes that the debentures will not be convertible into Class A subordinate voting shares at the option of the holders at any time.
