FENDX REMINDS SHAREHOLDERS OF WEBINAR ON APRIL 11, 2024 TO SHOWCASE RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Fendx Technologies Inc. is reminding shareholders that Dr. Carolyn Myers, chief executive officer of Fendx, will be participating in a shareholder webinar, hosted by IR Labs, on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT, to provide an overview of the company and discuss products in development and recent achievements. Please register.

The company also announces it has completed a shares-for-debt transaction previously announced on March 28, 2024, pursuant to which it issued 500,000 common shares at a price of 20 cents per share to settle $100,000 of debt with a creditor. The shares issued pursuant to the shares-for-debt transaction are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.
