This reminds me somewhat of Churchill’s comment in his 1939 speech, wherein he coined, “a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma".
Look at FNC’s latest financials, where they state that the KWG convertible promissory note is worth $27,640,000.
However, KWG’s financials (it’s now known as the Canadian Chrome Company Inc….CACR) show total assets of $722,234 and total liabilities of $38,254,488...a discrepancy of biblical proportions (hoping for a repeat of the miracle of the loaves and fishes?)
