FANCAMP EXPLORATION ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has granted stock options to its directors and officers, pursuant to the corporation's stock option plan, exercisable into 500,000 common shares of the corporation.

The options have an exercise price of 11 cents per common share, granted on Aug. 27, 2025, vested immediately, with an expiry date five years from the date of grant, on Aug. 26, 2030. The options were granted pursuant to the corporation's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan.
