FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES MARCH DIVIDEND INFORMATION

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20.4167 cents per common share for the period from March 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2024.

The company also declared quarterly dividends on its Class A Series 1 preference shares and Class A Series 2 preference shares for the period from Jan. 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024. A dividend of 18.0938 cents per Series 1 preference share and a dividend of 44.2071 cents per Series 2 preference share will be payable on April 15, 2024, to holders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2024.

With respect to the Class A Series 2 preference shares, the dividend rate for the period from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, has been set at 7.051 per cent, as determined in accordance with the terms of the Series 2 preference shares.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in March, 2024, will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
