FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY DIVIDEND PAYMENT

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20.4167 cents per common share for the period of Feb. 1 to Feb. 29, 2024. The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 29, 2024.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in February, 2024, will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
