FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DECEMBER DIVIDEND INFORMATION

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20.4167 cents per common share for the period Dec. 1 to Dec. 31, 2023. The dividend will be payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023.

The Company also announced the quarterly dividend on its Class A Series 1 Preference Shares ("Series 1 Preference Shares") and Class A Series 2 Preference Shares ("Series 2 Preference Shares") for the period October 1 to December 31, 2023. The dividend of $0.180938 per Series 1 Preference Share and dividend of $0.45540 per Series 2 Preference Share will be payable on January 15, 2024, to holders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2023.

With respect to the Class A Series 2 Preference Shares, the dividend rate for the period January 1 to March 31, 2024, has been set at 7.112%, as determined in accordance with the terms of the Series 2 Preference Shares.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in December 2023 will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
