FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES JUNE DIVIDEND INFORMATION

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20 cents per common share for the period June 1 to June 30, 2023. The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.

The company has also declared the quarterly dividend on its Class A Series 1 preference shares and Class A Series 2 preference shares for the period April 1 to June 30, 2023. The dividend of 18.0938 cents per Series 1 preference share and the dividend of 41.3489 cents per Series 2 preference share will be payable on July 14, 2023, to holders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.

With respect to the Class A Series 2 preference shares, the dividend rate for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2023, has been set at 6.633 per cent, as determined in accordance with the terms of the Series 2 preference shares.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in June, 2023, will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
