FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES MAY DIVIDEND PAYMENT

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20 cents per common share for the period from May 1 to May 31, 2023. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2023.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in May, 2023, will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
