Purchase price:  nine cents per flow-through common share

Finders' fees:  Five finders received a cash commission totalling $357,000 and 3,966,666 common share purchase warrants to purchase 3,966,666 common shares at a price of 15 cents per common share until Dec. 22, 2022.

The company has confirmed the closing of the private placement in a news release dated Dec. 22, 2021.
