FIRST QUANTUM PROVIDES NOTICE OF FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2025 RESULTS

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. will release fourth quarter and year-end 2025 financial and operating results on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, after the close of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The company will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET.

In addition, the company will release 2025 preliminary production and three-year guidance on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, after the close of the TSX.
