The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that First Quantum Minerals Ltd. will list an additional 139,932,000 common shares at the open on Feb. 29, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $11.10 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 21, 2024, to the short form prospectus dated Aug. 18, 2023.
