FIRST QUANTUM MINERALS ANNOUNCES SATISFACTION OF FINANCING CONDITION FOR PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF SENIOR NOTES

First Quantum Minerals Ltd., following completion of the issuance of its $1.3-billion aggregate principal amount of 8.625 per cent senior notes due 2031, has satisfied the financing condition with respect to the company's proposed partial redemption of its outstanding 7.5 per cent senior notes due 2025 and the company will redeem $300-million of the 2025 notes on May 31, 2023. All figures are in United States dollars, unless noted otherwise.
