The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation a termination of option agreement dated April 5, 2021, between the company and an arm's-length vendor. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company will provide an aggregate cash consideration of $4-million and issue one million common shares at a deemed price of $1 per common share to the vendor to terminate and acquire the vendor's 2.5-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty claim on the Pakeagama Lake pegmatite project.
