FALCON ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Further to Falcon Gold Corp.'s news releases dated Oct. 17, 2023, Nov. 9, 2023, and
Dec. 20, 2023, the company has extended the closing date of its non-brokered private placement of up to
10 million units at three cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $300,000.
The company now expects to close the private placement on or before Feb. 18, 2024, subject to final
acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. The terms of the private placement remain the same as
previously announced.
